PUBLIC ADVISORY: THE CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
 
The regular meeting of the Legislative Advocacy Committee for January 27, 2022, will be conducted remotely through Zoom temporarily in response to the surge of Omicron cases and the City Council may make a finding that certain conditions exist to continue conducting public meetings via teleconferencing pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e).

To give the City Clerk adequate time to print out your comments for consideration at the meeting, please submit your written comments prior to 12:00 p.m.; or if you are unable to email, please call the City Clerk's Office at (909) 364-2621 by 12:00 p.m.  Emails received will be distributed and included with the record, but will not be read aloud.

Emails and documents submitted will be considered a public document subject to posting on the City's website. Similarly, email addresses of attendees are captured by the zoom software and are subject to the Public Records Act.

1.   PUBLIC COMMENTS: At this time members of the public may address the Legislative Advocacy Committee regarding any items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee, whether or not the item appears on the agenda. Individual audience participation is limited to three minutes per speaker. Please raise your hand via Zoom or dial *9 to be selected from the meeting cue.
