The regular meeting of the City of Chino Hills City Council for January 25, 2022, will be conducted in-person and remotely through Zoom temporarily in response to the surge of Omicron cases and the City Council may make a finding that certain conditions exist to continue conducting public meetings via teleconferencing pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e).

Find that Carbon Canyon Invasive Palm Tree Injection Project is exempt from review under California Environmental Quality Act; waive competitive bidding procedures under Chino Hills Municipal Code Section 3.18.050.I; and authorize execution of one-year agreement with Santa Ana Watershed Association (SAWA) not-to-exceed $48,088 for palm tree injection treatment in Carbon Canyon area from border of Brea to Chino Hills Parkway
