Pursuant to Section 3 of Executive Order N-29-20, issued by Governor Newsom on March 17, 2020, the regular meeting of the City Council for March 23, 2021, will be conducted remotely through Zoom and broadcast live on the City's website. Please be advised that pursuant to the Executive Order, and to ensure the health and safety of the public by limiting human contact that could spread the COVID-19 virus, the Council Chambers will only be open to Council Members and City staff and will not be open to the public for the meeting.

To give the City Clerk adequate time to print out your comments for consideration at the meeting, please submit your written comments prior to 5:30 p.m.; or if you are unable to email, please call the City Clerk's Office at (909) 364-2624 by 5:30 p.m. Emails and documents submitted will be considered a public document subject to posting on the City's website. Similarly, email addresses of attendees are captured by the zoom software and are subject to the Public Records Act.
 
If you wish to have your comments read to the Council Members during the appropriate Public Comment period, please indicate in the Subject Line "FOR PUBLIC COMMENT" and list the item number you wish to comment on. Comments that you want read to the Council will be subject to the three minute time limitation (approximately 350 words). Written comments that are only to be provided to Council and not read at the meeting will be distributed to the Council prior to the meeting.

CONSENT CALENDAR (12 ITEMS) - All matters listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine by the City Council and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the City Council votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the City Council or staff request the matter to be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. Removed consent items will be discussed immediately after the adoption of the balance of the Consent Calendar.
 
10.   Approve March 9, 2021, City Council Meeting Minutes
 
11.   Approve warrants and wires over $25,000 for the period of February 25 through March 10, 2021, in amount of $1,068,689.59
 
12.   Receive and file Investment Report for month ended February 28, 2021
 
13.   Adopt resolution accepting California Department of Justice Tobacco Law Enforcement Grant funds of $53,085; adopt Fiscal Year 2020-21 budget amendment resolution increasing miscellaneous grant funds by $53,085; and authorize City Manager to execute Memorandum of Understanding for Tobacco Law Enforcement Group
