Pursuant to Section 3 of Executive Order N-29-20, issued by Governor Newsom on March 17, 2020, the regular meeting of the City Council for February 23, 2021, will be conducted remotely through Zoom and broadcast live on the City's website. Please be advised that pursuant to the Executive Order, and to ensure the health and safety of the public by limiting human contact that could spread the COVID-19 virus, the Council Chambers will only be open to Council Members and City staff and will not be open to the public for the meeting.

Similarly, email addresses of attendees are captured by the zoom software and are subject to the Public Records Act.
 
If you wish to have your comments read to the Council Members during the appropriate Public Comment period, please indicate in the Subject Line "FOR PUBLIC COMMENT" and list the item number you wish to comment on. Comments that you want read to the Council will be subject to the three minute time limitation (approximately 350 words). Written comments that are only to be provided to Council and not read at the meeting will be distributed to the Council prior to the meeting.
 
Pursuant to the Executive Order, and in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in the Council meeting, please contact the City Clerk's Office, (909) 364-2624 within 48 hours of the meeting.

CONSENT CALENDAR (5 ITEMS) - All matters listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine by the City Council and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the City Council votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the City Council or staff request the matter to be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. Removed consent items will be discussed immediately after the adoption of the balance of the Consent Calendar.
 
6.   Approve February 9, 2021, City Council Meeting Minutes
 
7.   Approve warrants and wires over $25,000 for the period of January 28 through February 10, 2021 in amount of $1,457,271.19
 
8.   Authorize increase to Amazon Capital Services blanket purchase order by $15,000 for purchase of various supplies
 
9.   Adopt resolution approving design and plans, authorize staff to solicit bids, and determine project is exempt from review under California Environmental Quality Act for construction of the Fiscal Year 2020-21 Street Improvement Program
 
10.   Amend Fiscal Year 2020-21 Capital Improvement Program to include Community Park Parking Lot Pavement Rehabilitation Project and adopt budget amendment resolution increasing CFD 2 Fund budget in amount of $100,000 for Fiscal Year 2020-21
